iCARE Study
International COVID-19 Awareness and Responses Evaluation Study

We are thrilled to receive funding support from the Government of Canada for the next 3 years to strengthen Canada’s capacity to address the social, economic, behavioural, and health system challenges that arise during health emergencies. The iCARE Study (ongoing since 2020 with 100 collaborators from 30 countries) will transform into a multi-axis, integrated research + knowledge translation platform focusing 1) improving public acceptance and adherence to prevention behaviours, 2) Reducing policy inequalities and impacts and 3) Understanding trust dynamics and risk communication to combat mis/disinformation.
We will continue to work with local andd international governments, policy-makers and the public to be better prepared to face the next health emergency. We look forward to working with all our collaborators!
