People living in Canada are invited to join the iCARE Canadian Longitudinal Study

A longitudinal study is when researchers observe study participants over a long period of time without interfering with their activities. In this case, our team will ask participants to answer survey questions.

If they join the study, participants will receive a new survey by email every 4 to 6 weeks that includes questions to be answered. The survey can be completed in English or in French.

To join, participants need to provide their name, email address and postal code, but this information will be kept separate from their survey responses.

**By participating in this study, participants can choose to opt-in to a draw for a chance to win a $50 Amazon or President’s Choice gift card. After registering for the study, participants are entered in a draw where two winners are drawn to receive one gift card each. There are also eight gift cards to be drawn every time a new survey is completed.**

Draws take place roughly every six weeks, whenever a new survey becomes available. Winners are drawn at random. The research team will use the winning participant’s email address to send them their gift card.
